My path in holistic health and sports passion took a professional turn when I graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences in December 2022. My educational journey equipped me with not just degrees but also a deep-rooted belief in the power of integrating holistic practices into everyday life, especially for those with an active lifestyle.

Settling in Minnesota opened avenues for connecting with a vibrant community that values health, wellness, and the great outdoors. My mission is to guide you through your health and wellness journey with a personalized, holistic approach, blending modern science with traditional wisdom.
